Lintils are often mixed in with the cull peas I use to make my poultry and pig feed. We also plant them as cover crop on fallow fields and cows love them.

It's amazing all the things I've seen put in chocolate cake. Zucchini, of course. Prunes. Now lentils. What if we combine all those together in one loaf? Just need to make sure we don't forget the chocolate. If someone has more creative recipes w/ groovy ingredients like this, please send! (Or send me to a website.)
