Same applies here in the UK. I always say 'never criticise a farmer with your mouth full'.
Supermarkets have squeezed all the profit out of dairy. Old family farms are falling by the wayside. Not good. Once we lose the next generation of farmers we lose those skills. They can't be taught.They are bred in the bones.
