i'm on my second try of this bread and find the dough to be too wet...this time i cut down on the water by an entire cup, which worries me about the humidity of the dough...anyway...the loaf won't "hold it's own" so i bake it in a loaf pan, but it doesn't rise. i fear i've over-worked the yeast????
anyone else tried successfully?

I'll pass your comment on to Tom from Arabesque and see if he can give some guidance.

Hi, I'm a big fan of Artisan breads and just about anything made with a natural wild yeast starter. I've collected wild yeast cultures over the years so if anyone is having trouble getting one going, I have them available on my site.
