Since you mention the black market, my sister-in-law lives in Holland.

During the Golden Age of the Netherlands, they traded heavily with the East.

The fact that the Dutch Reformed tradition exists at all tells me that something must be good about this whole enterprise.

Even the confusion of Holland, The Netherlands and Dutch being all the same thing, only reveals it more deeply.

I am guessing that my sister-in-law can find locally made Dutch chocolate from fairly traded cocoa beans.
